We are a small graphic design company working out of the fine city of Boston, MA. We provide businesses, organizations, artists and individuals with complete graphic and web design services. We offer everything from flyers to web sites, posters to publications, production to printing.

Our Process
We have found this to be the most fair and efficient way to approach a project and take it smoothly from start to finish. While every project is different and we try to be as flexible as our clients needs, our typical work process goes something like this:
Discovery Phase
We meet with you to initially discuss the specifics of your project. For non-local clients, we can arrange a phone call, e-mail or skype meeting to gather the same information. Once we have totally ascertained the scope of your project and established the necessary details, we can provide you with a quote. This is an estimate of the costs and expected time frame for your project. This figure is based upon information we gather from you and is subject to change as the project develops. This does not mean we will randomly charge you way more than we tell you up front. However, if you ask us to put up a fence, and by the time we finish it's the great wall of china, we may have to re-evaluate our fee. We will ask for a portion of the quote up front and will not begin any design work until the down payment has been received.
This information gathering phase is essential to starting the project on the right foot and not wasting anyone's time. Once we know what we need to know, we start doing what we do: design.
Design Phase
Once we have the information we need to work and the agreed upon down payment, we start working on your project. We like to keep you informed and updated as we go but before we do too much work, we'll meet again to make sure you like the direction we're headed. Before we move on to putting in content or finalizing the project, we confirm that it looks the way the client expects.
If you are happy with the design, we move on to completing the project, adding your content and finalizing the details. We go through a limited number of corrections and revisions before they affect the final price. We will send you a final sample to approve before moving on to delivery.
Delivery Phase
When you make final approval, we will send you an invoice that details the exact charge, for what services and how much was covered by the down payment. Once this invoice has been settled and we have received final payment, we turn over all hard copies, files and materials to you. If the project is a web site, this is when we upload it and redirect your domain name. If it is a print project, this is when we ship you your flyers or posters.
Then you are hopefully a happy camper and loyal repeat customer! We are hopefully exhausted, proud of our work and heading to a well deserved rest.
